SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer standard shipping throughout South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa. Our operating hours are Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Fridays 9am-3pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Ordering up to the value of R750 or more automatically qualify for free shipping.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

​

Aramex courier's store-to-door standard shipping within 2- 3 business days. The time frames will be extended for remote areas. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we make use of store-to-door delivery. A signature is required on receiving goods. Delivery via courier service may be delayed due to high volume periods, weekends, public holidays, weather, strikes, etc. Please contact Aramex for more information.

 

We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages or delays during transit. Please reach out directly to Aramex for such issues.

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive using Aramex, depending on the destination. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notification/ sms once your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

You can track your order by contacting Aramex directly. Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and that the customer is available to receive goods from the courier. Should you need to modify, track and or follow up on shipment, you will need to contact the courier directly to make arrangements.
